My son, Dallas, had a successful surgery repairing the compound fractures in his right lower leg bones.
The doctor anticipates a follow up surgery in 6-12 weeks and 6-12 months till full recovery.
We were very pleased with the outcome and grateful for the excellent care he received.
Thanks for all your prayers and support!
A few hours after surgery, Dallas started getting a ‘rumbly in his tumbly’.
His brother Jonathan made a quick run to ‘In N Out’ for a protein style burger, fries and a root beer.
The nurse noticed he was not eating a bun and she started asking all these questions about gluten.
She noticed with her own health that she…
… has lost weight without explanation,
… gets sleepy after eating pasta, bread, cookies
…has very dry skin with patchy spots
I offered to give her a quick treatment while she was on break and discovered that her thyroid and liver were causing her to have a lot of health issues.
She appeared to be on her way to developing Hashimoto’s thyroiditis as a result of an autoimmune condition unfolding.
You could see the lights go on when she realized that her skin has been changing over the years and has been a reflection of what’s going on inside of her body.
She got excited to hear about the unconventional skin doctor, Dr. T, coming to our clinic on September 4th and 5th and made it a point to come and see him next week.
If your skin has changed in ways that you don’t like or don’t understand and want to see improvement in this area of your health, come check out Dr. T yourself and hear what he has to say.
Enjoy your weekend,
Dr. Derek Taylor
