Last night, just before our office closed, we received a phone call from a gentleman suffering with elbow pain who wanted to get in ASAP.

He said he was a drummer in a rock band that was going on tour in Europe soon and wanted to get help before his next ‘gig’.

He liked our youtube video on elbow pain and was excited to discover that we were close to his home in Long Beach.

He said he has played all over the world so I asked him, “Where have you liked playing the most?”

He said, “Japan, by far, has been the best.”

I said, “Why is that?”

He said, “Because they are so respectful and treat us so well. They ask if it’s ok to take a picture with you, they are profusely thankful after the concerts, they treat you like royalty and their entire culture is like that as you can stroll along downtown Tokyo and not find one cigarette butt on the streets. I can’t wait to get back there.”

I thought about how that applies to your health.

P.S. This Thursday is my son, Titus’, 8th birthday. When I told him that we are going to celebrate his birthday on Friday because I have a seminar to give on Thursday he said, “You’re not going to teach a seminar on my birthday are you?”

Well, what are you going to say to your son when he asks you a question like that?
