If I could write an e-mail to you every day, I would, but I face the same demands and pressures in life.
Over the past four months, we have been painting the exterior of our home and as of last Saturday, I finally finished the house.
I wanted to throw an impromptu party and invite all of you over to see the finished project, but it was dark by the time I finished...and I looked like a mess.
Unlike other projects in life that never have an end, painting is so satisfying because when you are done, you can stand back and see the difference with the finished project.
An ongoing project I have that is never finished is communicating to you the insights, research, and perspectives I have on the topic of health.
Today, I started to write an e-mail to you and as soon as I sat down in front of the computer, there was a knock at the front door.
It was a salesman from (allegedly) the largest solar company in North America.
He had already been at the house before and was back for a follow-up visit that I had forgotten to mark in my calendar.
We got to talking and he informed me of this shoulder problem he has had for the past 6-7 months.
He has never been to a chiropractor before, so I offered to have a look at it. He simply had some scar tissue and imbalances that were causing his shoulder to not work right so I gave him a treatment and the pain went away (see video above).
