Grateful for You This Christmas
Chiropractor Torrance CA Derek Taylor Christmas Card

On this Christmas Eve, I just wanted to take a quick moment to say "Hi" and wish you and your family a Merry Christmas. I had every intention of sending out Christmas cards this year, but as often happens, a thought without a plan doesn't get very far. Thankfully, in 2024, we have other ways to connect-and maybe this way is even better.

It's funny how we sometimes get caught up in the idea of how something should be done, and when it doesn't happen that way, we can feel like we've fallen short. But life rarely goes exactly as planned, and when it doesn't, there's always a Plan B. Often, that Plan B ends up being just what we needed.

The same holds true for our health. We might start out with specific goals to exercise regularly, eat perfectly, or stick to a structured plan. But true health isn't about doing everything perfectly-it's about being flexible, making adjustments when life throws us off course, and focusing on progress instead of perfection.

This week, especially, routines tend to go out the window. We might not get enough exercise, spend less time outdoors, or indulge in one too many desserts. But that's okay. Health isn't just physical-it's also about spiritual, mental, and social well-being. Sharing laughter, building memories, and connecting with loved ones can nourish us in ways that are just as important as any workout or meal plan.

So today, I encourage you to enjoy the loved ones whom God has placed in your life. Let them know how much they mean to you-it's good for both of you.

That's also why I wanted to send this note: to let you know how much we appreciate you. You've brought us, at Taylor Chiropractic, so much joy by allowing us to be part of your journey and we are truly grateful for the trust you've placed in us to support your chiropractic and health needs.

Wishing you and your family a Merry Christmas filled with peace, love, and joy.

God bless,
Dr. Derek Taylor
